I suppose it depends on what they meant by "75% of ObamaTAXcare COSTS will fall on those making LESS than $120K." If they meant that the vast amount of premiums paid would be paid by those making less than $120k, then that is true and also an unremarkable statement. In fact, it is a higher number than that. If what they meant, though, was that the 75% of the revenue raised by the ACA would be born by those making less than $120k, then there are only two ways that they could say that. The first is that they lied, and the second is that they are badly misinformed.
