It's a big mess, courtesy of politicians and their bureaucrats. The same politicians and bureaucrats who will decide who gets which treatments, under Obamacare, even moreso than now. That's exactly who I want making my medical decisions. NOT! They say now it costs, what, $600K to get through medical school? I don't know that I'd want to be looking at debts like that, just starting out, trying to make my way into the market... The military will soon be where most doctors get a lot of their training, in exchange for service commitments.
