Mass doesn't borrow money to pay for everything. Mass can't print money and what happens in Mass has little to do with the entire country.

Stop pretending you have the answers.

I do know that in Mass., 48,000 out of a population of 6 million are paying the penalty.



That just proves that there are 48,000 idiots in MA. If you efile, you can just claim to have the required insurance and there is no mechanism for verification.
