Android crap phones are generally stuck with the OS they came with.
Obviously, so are W7 phones. Rush out there and git yer Lumia 900, for a penny, why don't ya? ;-)

Which is why I think it's LOL, ROFLMAO, too funny when silly clown says Nokia should jump from the Windows frying pan into the Android fire. :-)

You want Android updates fast? Get a Nexus phone. I'm already running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean on my Galaxy Nexus. And now with the Google PDK, manufacturers will be able to get updates much faster.
