Place is a disaster...for business...talk about the capacity to have Stranded resources...this place defines it. All the phony aribtrage regarding stranded O&G in North Dakota is mice nuts, compared to this place. wouldnt touch it with a 10 foot pole. The variables dealing with an animistic culture, and immature agencies that will attempt to be paid by anyone & everyone, all at the same time, make the resources of PPNG off the charts risky. kinda like the propensity of afghanies for switching sides. the brave will be churned in the process, by the variables we all know as Missing Information.
