OT: Feedback I just sent a record company after visiting their website....

So I'm trying to view/listen to the VC sample goodies on your website, and all I get is "blocked in your country blah blah blah".
Seriously, this is the year 2012, I live in a thoroughly modern country, and this kind of pain in the ass treatment of customers is beyond ridiculous. Now instead of hunting around for a legit site for the samples - because of course there's no link or even a hint of where to find them - I'll simply grab them off a torrent because it's faster and easier. And guess what - those won't be samples - they'll be the whole damn thing. Which means you'll have completely lost a sale to a customer WHO WAS ON YOUR SITE WANTING TO BUY SOMETHING!
This is utterly ludicrous.
