This is simply genius! Now they can blame other Europeans for retiring early!!! That is what I wanted to expose.

And don't blame the Germans. It is the other Europeans that must smart up!

Siemens used that to get rid of the dead wood preparing for the creation of Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN).
They did not (in other sectors may be a different story) engaged youngsters.

A friend of s mine was working in Saudi Arabia during a year NSN was paying his salary to look for other job.
Then he retired officially and is continues to work in Saudi Arabia.

But this is a really hard working manager who prepared himself and had skills of value for the market.
