I agree with you.......when i have time during the day....especially around lunch.....i watch the real-time bid and ask blocks....the past week or so, there were plenty of 25k - 50k blocks on the sell side....today, with nearly half the daily volume (compared to the past week) the stock is up 2.5 as i write......and the frequency of the 25k - 50k blocks has dramitically diminished. Whomever was selling, seems to have stopped, or slowed down, and when the big block comes through on the sell side, the stock doesn't bid down. It appears that its not being held back (at least not today).
Just my 2 cents worth.

<<<<<And I'll bet you anything they will buy all their compaq back at the next market correctionn.

......if i did not have to work for a living i might do the same thing. however, most of the research demonstrates that holding big, fast growing companies is an easier way to make money in the market.
