that's what i was trying to ascertain....the example he wrote about indicated an single person with income of $25,000.....there is so much about this monstrosity of a law that seems to be subject to interpretation....at any rate it is FINALLY getting the kind of scrutiny it should have gotten from day one....

as far as the 'penalty' kicking in at a certain level....anyone who thinks that particular level (or the 50 employee limit for small business) is going to remain if obama stays in office has rocks in their head....

well, i went to the link(provided by kaiser healthcare) and entered $25k as the income, single adult and the post i originally proffered from another poster is accurate.....

this is going to be ugly....if you make $50K there is NO subsidy, so if you are a young person who is uninsured for whatever reason, you are required to either pay the 'penalty/tax' OR a hefty insurance premium, as he stated if you pay the fine you are in the same condition as before obamacare only poorer because of the tax...if you play along and purchase the subsidized insurance (remember there is a $1000 ded and 20% copay) as a healthy young individual you are screwed as well

i recommend anyone plug in *their* numbers to see what obama has in store for you
