Truth is biased to standing up to power. and the status quo, when historically necessary. Thus the enlightenment that brought us liberty and democracy is "liberal." Liberalism, like science, like the deeper meaning of the Bill of Rights, is based on standing up to raw concentrated power. The problem is that your ilk doesn't parse political partisanship from the modern liberal age of reason we all live in and benefit from. Its your ignorance of history that scares me the most. But truth will triumph over bigotry and propaganda . You have to rise out of the partisan aspects. You live in a liberal country, in a liberal era, though under threat from the dark orwellian extremes that are posed with bibles and flags. Conservatism lives within the boundaries of a liberal enlightened age in human history.
