I've also thought that IOM should more aggressively use TV. Expensive, yes, but probably the best way at getting at the mass market, which is IOM's target for the Zip. Though I haven't seen any ads, I would have thought they would do something more flashy than what it's sounding like they're doing. I'm sure they're good at grabbing attention after hearing Comdex reports, and I think they should try hard to duplicate that on TV.

BTW, I read on the Fool web boards that Cabot has about 25K readers, so their reccomendation could prove to be influential in moving the stock soon. Anyone who reads SI but doesn't want to pay the membership price should check these out.

The stock sure is boring today.

where are you located? The last time Iomega did TV they employed a regional media buy strategy. So your location may never see an Iomega TV ad if its in an area that didn't meet some demographic criteria.
