I heard that 2 big banks in China are loosing money in the Proview bankruptcy.
So the courts made Apple pay up to help out, possible,right?
The word "inscrutable" comes to mind when thinking about what goes on inside the Chinese legal system, business world, government, etc. That having been said, I think you may be on to something. Sounds plausible to me.
