Congress should act immediatelly to rescind Kagan's nomination to the Supreme Court . Congress should call a special session today and do so now, today JULY 4, 2012. Time for a real Tea Party. Throw Kagan out---throw Pelosi out---throw Obama out ---and all of the others of the titular administration of Mr. O. As you noted: Kagan's first action as Dean of Harvard Law School was to remove the long standing required courses in the US Constitution.Kagan's second action as Dean of Harvard Law School to replace the Constitutional Law classeswith required classes in International Law.Now Kagan sits on the US Supreme Court.
