It repeats the complaints the whistlebowers made, only it attributes them to their supervisors and makes them against the Federal Prosecutors in Arizona . Now unless I'm mistaken these prosecutors work for Mr. Holder, so he is answerable for their conduct . Secondly it disregards testimony that ATF agents told dealers to complete sales after they called them in and said they did not wish to complete them because they thought the buyer was a strawman buyer . This includes selling several weapons at a time to single purchasers. It also disregards testimony that during Operation Fast and Furious ATF asked ICE to allow weapons weapons to walk into Mexico (Hence the Operation's derogatory nickname, Operation Gunwalker). The bottom line is that BATFE and Federal prosecutors allowed at least 2000 guns to be purchased illegally in the US and to be illegally smuggled into Mexico to persons whom they knew would in fact use them to commit murder and mayhem. At the very least AG Holder is guilty of malfeasance in office for not administratively busting these guys to making sure noone was smuggling AK's, Papirosi cigarettes and homemade vodka through Little Diomedes Island as a permanent career reassignment, no resignations accepted, ten year hitch. At the most, and most paranoid, he is guilty of abusing his office and conspiring with others to abuse their offices to wage private war against Mexico for the purposes of assisting the Sinaloa Cartel become the dominant drug smuggling gang in Mexico and to falsify evidence showing the need for stricter gun controllaws in the US. Ms. Eban's report might convince people just finding out about Operation Fast and Furious , it seems like a deliberate lie to anyone who has been following the story since February of 2011, especially if that person has kin living in Mexico and on the Border within earshot of gunfights in Mexico in which OFF weapons were used. features.blogs.fortune.cnn.com ..... Albert Perez, 5 hours ago in reply to Guest Operation Fast and Furious was not started by the Bush administration. It was modeled after a failed program that was started under the Bush administration that was cancelled because they realized all it was doing was placing guns in the hands of violent criminals. And I dare you to go to Mexico and say OFF only caused one death. ............. Danny331911, 1 day ago in reply to Seth Miller Boom, a hack job filled with errors and false assumptions. Proof with Sworn Testimony by persons directly involved in F&F along with supporting documents have already been posted in this blog by Mr Polyak and Mr Orwontee. They prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that this article was an idiotic hack job written in an attempt to give cover to those in the DOJ responsible for this stupid and tragic operation. .........
