Google now is getting involved in this case and they will go after CRAPple's search patent hard and I expect it will be invalidated in short time just as Oracle's patents were invalidated. All of CRAPple's patents are garbage. And Lucy Koh is just another Apple fanboy, in this case fangirl.

Google will also be assisting Samsung in its appeal of the ban, and to challenge the legitimacy of one of Apple's patents on universal search. Google is seeking to have the patent invalidated at the USPTO, as well.

Simply an admission that Google and Samsung are criminal enterprises.

Even that god-damned box looks like an iPhone box! They can't even design their own god-damned box??
