They are overwhelmingly contributing to Romney this year.

What you don't seem to grasp is that democracy is what gives us our freedom and the threat to democracy is what we must fear most. Government is a product of democracy, not a controller of it.

But the rich using their vast money to buy congress and state legislatures, that is a direct threat to you and me.

The rich today pay the lowest taxes they have had to pay in about 90 years.

When have the rich ever treated the rest of us well, except when we, the middle class, had a countervailing force like democracy or unions?

Never if you examine history.
