Can understand ASND insiders selling, the CSCC insider selling seems interesting.
The only way to justify CSCC insiders selling was: CSCC buyout was based on exchanging 1 sh of CSCC for .7 shares of ASND at the time the deal gets completed so they would sell only if the insiders thought that the price they would get by selling when the deal was being done was higher than the price they would get at the time the deal gets completed; this would happen if ASND fell significantly and to sell based on that would mean they did not have any confidence in the buyout itself.
Why would they agree to a buyout if that were the case?
