The change comes in November. Good bye Obama! And hello Romney and his VP who will begin the process of cleaning house on the Czars that O brought in with him. The Bill Whittle video that KLP posted is an excellent summary on what happened. Bill Whittle needs to keep talking and getting the message out to people. The bill is unconstitutional whether it is called a penalty or a tax. The only way that I know that people can be forced to pay a penalty is through the IRS system. If not through the IRS system, then how would Barry Obama Soetoro propose to collect the penalty, the tax Would Obama set up a costly new government agency? What kind of gestapo tactics would Barrack Barry Obama Soetoro use to collect? What would Obama propose to do? Would he go door door to door with Acorn shaking people down demanding money for a penalty. Yes this "penaltly is a tax" and written the reverse way "the tax is a penalty". OMG mj
