John, your rationale is impecable, and we have to cheer the optimism which looks for 27 -- which we will reach...right after we get that 18 15/16 close and LOAD UP on still more options. Now as for that golf.... My summers are spent in Minnesota; my winters are spent in VERY south Texas. And I have spent a couple of years in the Carolinas, where there were a few (rare) occasions when it was not possible to play (reasonable) golf. So methinks the "most golf" title remains up for grabs <gg>> Happy trading!! dlo
