If all the "critical questions" have been answered, then why the implementation of "executive priviledge" in the case? Obama said he had no knowledge of the affair when the scandal first broke.. And Executive Privilege should only apply to matters in which he was directly involved, not those of his underlings. Which is it? Did he know at the time, or did he not? Another example of "is it a penalty or a tax".. Saying one thing to the public, but then saying something else to the legal eagles.. Hawk
