Nobody is disputing that some plants like elevated CO2 levels.

A few? Would you dispute that the majority of plants "like" elevated CO2 levels and that those which don't are in a distinct minority, primarily due to their adaptation to arid environments, and therefore lack the additional water, or the ability to use it, required to utilize that excess CO2?
