"are a bunch of ignorant, racist rednecks" funny people in the south like blacks as individuals, not as a group and have black friends people in the north like blacks as a group but not as individuals and they don't have black friends I have a young man staying with us for a few months this summer, he's from Long Island, NY. Carolyn McCarthy's district. I told him this and then asked him if he knew anyone with a black friend, adults, people from High School, friends, workmates anyone. he thought about it for a while and finally said "no, you are right, we only like blacks as a group, I guess for their votes' now go down south and you will see blacks and whites hanging out. so who's the racist ?
