Yes, that will be interesting.

I'm ready to write off RIM now, but if Nokia manages to produce a Windows 8 phone with their PureView camera system, they'll have a big, big hit on their hands. I believe that such a phone would present Apple and Samsung with a truly formidable competitor. I think the iPhone would still sell well in that situation, but people looking for an iPhone alternative would have a really good one. That might be enough to save Nokia.

I'm not confident that they can pull it off, however. At least, not in time. I believe they'd have to get that phone out right around the time Windows 8 ships.
