Dennis, Hey, thank you. I figured they were for different concessions, but could not put my finger on which. It seems these guys have their hands in a bunch of different pots with Poland, Ireland, Morocco, and Italy, and with some big industry names. Dale posted news about the CEO purchasing stock last week in London listing, putting Fanning above 5% ownership of the company. They seem to be doing things right, don't know why their stock price is not reflecting it, but is presenting an opportunity to add to my position which i've owned for about a year, at much higher prices.
