Hello Marc: With new companies, it is always better to use the most conservative valuations you can find. We should remember that of the 100 million shares outstanding, I would estimate that at least 40 million are restricted. These are the shares that are held by Dr. Stamm and Tridon. So, technically, you could say that the total tradeable float is 60 million shares.

I will still stick with the 100mm to be on the safe side.
