You're exactly right, Wayners. That's how they can very easily circumvent the entire Constitution. The bastards can tax anything now to mold the behavior of society in any way they choose. For example, regarding the First Amendment, the gov could stop free speech by charging a very large tax to use the Internet, or to assemble, or to even mail a letter to the editor of a newspaper. Imagine having to pay $10,000 a month in taxes to do any of those. That would effectively end free speech, but not technically. Men like Rush Limbaugh or Michael Savage could be taxed hundreds of millions of clownbucks per broadcast, effectively ending their programs forever. For the Second Amendment, the gov could require a very large tax to buy a gun, another very large tax to license it, and a third very large tax to take a mandatory gun safety course semi-annually. Imagine having to pay a $10,000 tax on each phase of that process. That would effectively end gun ownership, but not technically. For the remainder of your constitutional rights, they could similarly be highly-taxed and extremely bureaucratized to the point of effectively killing all of your rights, while technically leaving them in place. That is where we are and where we're going. Also, look at the state of health care. We have Medicare, Medicaid, and Obamacare, and each one taxes the living fu¢k out of us for the same damned thing, yet the mindless idiots in society just hum along and take it. What can they really say or do? Likewise, what kind of fu¢king idiot in Congress believes that three massive bureaucracies are required for healthcare, which the government should not be involved with in any way, shape, or form? The answer is that none of them believe that. Congress is simply owned and operated by the owners of the world's central banks, and they do what they're told by their masters.
