I just called CVIA to try and confirm what Scooter
posted here. Just as I suspected, there is no
validity at all to what he posted on SI. I hope
others call the company as well to find out the
truth. If someone did in fact email Scooter, and
he sent a message as what was described earlier,
then that person may very well be in some serious
trouble. I strongly urge Scooter to send this
person's email and transcript to the SEC.
