Give this gentleman enough time, we might have a chance. I suggest all the shareholder started to contact this gentleman, his name is Paul McDonald with Marleau Lemire Securities in Toronto (check the phone book) and discuss with him how to join his group and vote out some of the current board members.

Lack of confidence with the current board in Diadem is an understatement. Simply put some of these directors are totally incompetent (in financial, managment and exploration front) and they only blame everybody else except themselves. With the current bear market in gold and the resource sector, I think the company need a more experience and creditable team to run the company.

The current management team should aware that there are a lot of unhappy shareholders out there. They should also know these shareholders will get together and will start to fight back and remove this people from the board very soon. I hope those out there will start to take some action and don't just sit there, join other shareholders and start to kick some butt. This company needs a major restructuring and the shareholder can make a difference.
