Keep in mind having proxies and doing some thing with them, normally
proxies are sent out to shareholder weeks, sometime days in front of
the annual meetings. I think the way to approach this is to write Zenith a
a letter stating the intent to allow Bob to "vote your shares" then
we should also agree on some resolution issue with zenith, so the board
of directors and the chairman( Peter I quess )? have a chance to see
that excuses won't turn Zenith around, (each of us investors probably are very fragmented
on How Zenith has conducted it self to the shareholders.)we should also
submit to a central focal person those pressing issues, Oh How I hate committes but surely
we need one here to be efective..Rick
