Definitely see your point----waste of time and resources .

So go for the election -----and use these points as talking point.

e.g Have a good friend who is looking to sell after the first of the year.
This law would mean getting taxed for Obamacare in addition to all the
other costs.

Thanks for making that point about the taxing of people's home when they
sell.
