Yet people go on voting election after election for more and more and more of the same. Perhaps they don't understand that by voting for rules for others, kleptocracy for others, they get it for themselves. It's surprising that people seem not to understand that taking several $thousand to a dump like Ethiopia is not a lot of money when the chips are down.
