That's right......I understand there are 3 million open jobs nationwide..........not getting filled because American workers don't have the skills. In this country higher education means almost exclusively going to a university or college. I like the German concept where people are given testing in middle school and then divided between those going to the university and those getting special skills for work in factories or some craft operation. There are a lot of good paying factory jobs but they require some specialization of skills.

Yes. The point I was making that even as non gov't jobs have started to come back; gov't is still cutting back.
