That is ONE 'core problem' for sure!

And it's a big, nasty, pervasive one that will require a multi-strategy set of solutions to even make a dent in the problem.... The A.C.A. makes only tiny incremental efforts at bending the cost inflation curve downward unfortunately. (Could have had more cost-containment efforts in the bill I suppose but absolutely everything was opposed --- even national tort reform --- by congressional GOP so, basically, little-to-no cost reduction was possible this time around... looks like that will have to wait for another, better, day.) :-(

However 'controlling costs' is and was not the ONLY 'core problem' our nation has with medical delivery and healthcare --- the other 'core problem' was obviously the 23 million Americans who were 'Free Riders', going uninsured and driving up everyone else's costs.
