I believe their portfolio is hedged largely toward the exact environment that we are in (slow and steady grind). Listen to one of their webcasts, and Kain lays out what he believes the 3 options for the economy are, and how they are hedged/risked for all of them (and the one we are in is the one that he has the "largest bet" on).
