Great picture of the girls and beautiful backdrop. Isn't Independence pass just a hoot? We were always particularly impressed with the wetlands just below the scree fields as you got closer to the top. You can just tell they're the nursery for all of those Rainbow trout they catch down valley. Did you make it all the way up to Leadville..........it is such an interesting place? Any particular reason you're going to Lander? A school friend of our youngest lives in Pinedale which is due west of Lander. He just put an offer in on a 110 acre ranch. He's works for some large company that owns the gas rigs.
