Yes it does. I think we have to remember our wants are not necessarily illustrative of the general market.

Then you are one of the few who need all three.

Personally, I think most people would be hard pressed to own a computer, a smart phone and two sized tablets.

They'll get by on the road with a smart phone, they generally don't want to maintain multiple devices, or carry multiple devices, and if they use a pad at home the larger size will do best.

Not saying Apple won't make one, just that that is what Apple is thinking. 7" pads are inbetweenies.

It will be interesting:

Shuffle - will they axe it? - Nano's are better and pretty small
Nano - has potential
Touch - last of the full sized iPods?
Classic - axe?
