We call them chickens. And the big ones whales (over 100lbs). Yes, chickens are the best.

Easy to fillet with four big slabs of meat and so tender but firm and tasty.

Crab and halibut. Perfect. I would do that, if I thought about it.

Sort of cool that the largest fish also tastes the best.
