Interesting, I got a check yesterday from Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield for about 10% back on my yearly Hospital Insurance. In the full page explanation, which I just briefly glanced over, it said something about the 2011 Healthcare Act where if a provider does not invest 80% of my premium back into healthcare services, I get money back. I think I got some money back last year too. The whole system is one big farce and corrupt, filled with rip off artists. Not too many honest people left.
