I've been looking at them, but it's been declining for a while. I'm waiting to see it bounce back up a little.

It's certainly selling at a going out of business price. I don't think it's going out of business any time soon. It's still the #1 handset seller worldwide, even though it's not in the US. Any global decline might actually help their market share until they come up with a decent smartphone.
