We are descending into insanity.

Scott is also going turn down federal money to give the poor health insurance. He is rich, so he doesn't care.

Also Perry and Texas has the lowest per capita health insurance in the country. Many people will die from these decisions.

But trillion dollar tax breaks for the rich are OK.
