ben can do anything he wants, but his so called magic is no longer as effective as it was in the earlier days... GZ I agree with that somewhat. BUT, the former head of TARP, who worked closely with the Fed, said recently that the Fed does indeed target stock prices in their actions. And when the Fed hits the futures at 3:45 with $3B, guys like me get stopped out of positions. I don't even call the stock market a casino anymore because it is an insult to casino's. At least in a casino I know the rules and they don't change during the game.
