Oh yeah, Texas is SOOOOO dumb that they're idiotic enough to balance their budget and keep their states economy smoking while other...........SMART states like California are just sooooooooo smart that they could care less about stupid things like budgets, (say, how many billions in debt?), nor does California worry about dumb things like their towns like San Bernardino and Stockton filing for bankruptcy protection........that's for cattle roping stetson wearing rubes right? Why California is so much smarter that they're going to run even more debt up with something that's not even necessary, high speed rail...... Yep that Texas is sure a dumb state.........
