Bobby Governments go to war. People loose jobs, go on strike, default on mortgage. That is in civil (that is bread-rich) society. In uncivil (that is hungry) they start revolution, and kill other people.

Yes, indeed!

I have heard murmurings that Clinton is seriously contemplating starting an armed conflict in Iraq to deflect the public's attention away from him. Right now, it would appear things are getting rather 'hot' for him, e.g., sex scandals, grounds for impeachment proceedings.....etc.

It seems that for Clinton to remain popular, the bull market has to continue. And of course who would want to impeach a popular president, eh?
