Celeryroot, > Last ammendment filed Nov 21 delaying "subject to completion." After looking in the SEC database at various registration statments, it seems that most (all?) registrations are left in the "subject to completion or amendment" stage - even after the shares have been registered and distributed (i.e. there is no S1/A filling that says everything is done). I don't think there's need for any alarm on that basis. Maybe someone else can clarify this. Stew
