We would pop the clams on a BBQ or fire and let them cook a short time. Then open and dip in a lemon, garlic and soy sauce dip................delicious. I also eat them "on the half shell".

The Garlic Festival had a booth with BBQ Oysters...........they were totally delicious. Last year that booth was missing so I hope they have it this year which is in a couple weeks.
