Always wonders at what price shipping oil by rail became economically feasible. Given the poor track record on ENB.TO I don't think the Northern Gateway is going through unless ENB.TO guarentees pay for a large insurance policy each year or pledges the assets of ENB.TO to cover any spill costs. Right now the Northern Gateway proposal is structured as a limit partnership to limit liability. Definitely not in the best interest of BC residents. Message 28260690
