Coming to Thanksgiving celebrations, if you feel sleepy after a turkey dinner, it is quite natural. Turkey has tons of an amino acid known as TRYPTOPHAN, which gets converted to serotonin and melatonin. That MELATONIN is the one that makes you sleepy.
