"I do risk arb in addition to special sits." Afaik, you have bought and own one stock that has had a couple of spin-offs. I don't know what you are "doing"; from my perspective, you're a talker, not a doer. "don;t always go by book definitions." If we don't have a definition that people can agree on -- which a book definition provides -- then I don't understand the point of the discussion. This conversation is not going anywhere. lol.
