As a point of interest & to clarify, it was raining just as hard in downtown Houston when Romney spoke to the NAACP Convention yesterday as when Biden spoke today. I suspect the Convention attendees had a greater interest in hearing what Mr. Romney had to say versus the known entity, Mr. Biden. In other words, a little rain did not deter attendees intent on hearing either speech.
