Romney wasn't vetted.... too bad, massive blunder by RNC I guess??

I mean is anyone surprised... the guy has Swiss bank accounts and owns stock in abortion services while giving lip service to these and a dozen or so other issues that he totally flipped on just to get the nomination???
He's embarrassed of his tax returns???

What a nimrod.

Too funny, the guy is more unelectable than even I thought.

Uppity, Feminist Journalist Meets Muslims, Gets Arrested, Hilarity EnsuesA left-wing, uppity, feminist, English journalist, a woman quixotically named Cinnamon Heathclote-Drury , got her world turned upside down over the last few months and her own liberalism is what did her in. One has to feel for her, of course, if only a little bit. But still laughter is far quicker to hit you before sympathy comes. So, imagine the scene. A loud-mouthed, British, feminist journalist sees a woman in a hijab loading a large number of groceries onto the store conveyor belt at check out. She begins fuming with feminist ire because this Muslim woman’s husband stands idly by doing nothing to help the overworked woman load the groceries.

Femi-journo can take it no more and just has to say something. She brusquely confronts the man telling him that his wife needs to help loading the merchandise. She pushes past the man and starts helping the hijab-clad woman herself because, “This is what feminism’s about – women helping women.”

As it happened, neither the Muslim man nor his wife much appreciated the “social lesson” the uppity journalist thought to teach them. And, as so many Muslims in Britain do, they proceeded to play the Brit’s liberalism against them. The couple cried racism and had the journalist arrested for a “hate crime.”

This is so funny on so many levels.

First of all this journalist imagined herself to be the very paragon of liberal principles. She’s the queen of feminism, she’s all-knowing about the plight of the brown peoples. Why she is the perfect liberal human. Just ask her. Yet, here she is accused of racism? Of a hate crime?

How can it be?

We must realize, of course, that this Muslim man’s indifference to his wife’s toils is a typically Muslim cultural thing. The groceries would be “women’s work,” after all. Women are second-class citizens in many Muslim cultures. And in the male dominated Muslim world woman do all the work for the home and children. Everything.

But this feminist woman thought she was going to bully this man into following her ideas of how he should comport himself. Yet, even as she thought she was giving this male chauvinist a lesson in the niceties of western liberalism, her own ideology is the one responsible for allowing countless undocumented immigrants into her country, allowing them to not only bring their backwards, chauvinist ways to her local grocery store but has also told these invaders that their culture is just as good as the west’s, that he has no reason to change.

Her liberal ideology is responsible for giving this Muslim couple no reason at all to adopt her cultural ways. So, why should this Muslim man help his wife, anyway? His culture doesn’t allow for that and this journalist’s culture is telling him that his culture is A’OK with them.

The fact that the Muslim couple then used the weakness in the journalist’s own culture to attack her by perverting her so-called “hate crime” laws, well, that is just too funny.

In the end this journalist was lucky. Her court system returned a not guilty verdict for her. She was let off the hook. But the next uppity journalist might not be so lucky. The next one may be thrown in jail because of liberalism gone wild.

O has more tax cheats in his cabinet than Clinton did... which is saying something.

Romney is the direct opposite of O.

Successful leader with a successful business record backed up with a large, successful family that has been proud of America from day one.

Obama has behind him a trail of empty industrial buildings, a broken economy, record debt and deficits, record people on food stamps/disability to show what the results are when a community organizer with zero leadership skills occupies our White house.

Feel free to list any additional Obama accomplishments that I might haves missed.

Post your BS dem talking points over on epicure's or sioux's echo chamber where you won't feet challenged.

McCain went w/ Palin over Romney in '08. Was it Romney's tax returns that scared away McCain?

------------------------------
Forget the Birthers: What is hidden away in Mitt Romney’s tax returns that is SO EXPLOSIVE?

07.12.2012

11:05 am

If Obama had to release his birth certificate, then why WON’T Mitt Romney release his tax records? (And why the hell haven’t the Democrats made this lingering question into a jaw-breaking, character-defining campaign issue already? It’s so obvious that even a Fox News viewer could understand it).

What is Mitt Romney hiding? I want to know. Don’t you?

Romney claims he will release his 2012 return when he’s “ ready,” but the longer he waits, the more the American public is going to demand that he come clean with the exact same information that every other candidate won’t hesitate to provide, several years worth of returns. The way the Romney team is managing public perception of the matter SUCKS and is only serving to stoke the flames of speculation. Is the truth worse? Might be, from the looks of things. That perception, until confirmed or not by release of the returns, is entirely the campaign’s fault.

His own father, Michigan Governor George Romney, famously released TWELVE YEARS of his tax records when he ran for the Presidency in 1968 and yet his son wants to keep his cards close to his chest. Closer than any presidential candidate since the Watergate era? Apparently so. Thus far, Romney has released only ONE complete tax return, from 2010 (“One year could be a fluke, perhaps done for show,” said George Romney in 1968).

What bombshells await? We know about the Swiss bank accounts, the Cayman Island accounts, even the one in Bermuda that surprised Mittens himself… what else is Mitt Romney hiding that his tax returns would bring into the light of day? It’s a burning question.

That the Democrats are thus far failing to turn the heat up a little higher on the issue is yet another missed opportunity on their part: If Obama had to produce his long-form to satisfy the braying asses called the “Birthers,” why can’t we “Taxers” see Mitten’s returns?

Turnabout is fair play, right Republicans?

Asking to see Romney’s tax returns is a far, far more reasonable request than the wingnuts clownishly demanding Obama produce his birth certificate (which he DID do). A demand to see Thurston Howell III’s Mitt Romney’s tax returns , however, has no undercurrent of Tea party racism, either.

And just what did John McCain find in the 23 years of tax returns that his VP vetting team saw? Oh yes, if you don’t recall, Romney provided 23 YEARS worth of his tax returns to the McCain campaign in 2008 and soon afterwards McCain rather unceremoniously dumped the idea of running with Romney, and instead choose Sarah fucking Palin?

Romney’s tax returns must be explosive indeed solely based on the circumstantial evidence this historically pivotal cause-and-effect relationship implies!

It just stands to reason. Sarah Palin? Over Romney? How bad was it?

In 2008, the McCain team got 23 years of Mitt Romney’s tax returns. And now, four years later, we have ONE year, 2010’s return. (“One year could be a fluke, perhaps done for show,” says the Ghost of Romney’s Past…)

I can’t wait to see McCain put on the spot about the matter. He’s been asked before, but he stonewalled. He needs to be pressed a little harder: McCain is a terrible liar (for a Republican) and often even tells the truth when he can’t stop himself. What did John McCain see in Romney’s tax returns that instantly ended any consideration of Romney as his running mate?

And why after that, have all of these 23 years of tax returns been kept under lock and key since 2008?

PS Romney has long claimed that he resigned from Bain Capital in 1999 to lead the winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. He lied about that, as public records (a Massachusetts financial disclosure form Romney filed in 2003) state that he still owned 100% of Bain Capital in 2002! What other lies will Romney be caught in? RELEASE YOUR TAX RETURNS, MITT! WHAT ARE YOU HIDING
